Our strength training sessions are suitable for all abilities, we’ll work on some overall strength💪🏻

Meet at The Old Library for a 6:30pm start. Everyone is welcome. You work as hard as you want to work. Bring your own yoga/pilates mats if you have one. Cost of the session is £1 per person.
