Who we are.

Welcome to Midhurst Milers Running Club.

We’re a UK Athletics-affiliated club, established in 1991 and offering a friendly, enthusiastic, fun and sometimes competitive environment for our members.

We meet four days a week – Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday evenings, as well as Sunday mornings. Our runs incorporate everything from a social jog through to specific targeted training runs. All abilities are welcome, whether you are an experienced runner, completely new or returning after an absence.

Each year we run a specific beginner’s course where you will be assisted by our experienced coaches. We enter many races, both cross-country and road, from the local village races to larger events, where you may be competing against international athletes.

Whether it is a 5k, 10k, marathon, or even ultra-marathon, our club will support you in achieving your goals. Of course it’s not all about running. Our club members enjoy pub runs, breakfast runs, treasure hunts and summer barbecues.

Please phone or email me if you have any queries, or there will always be a friendly welcome if you just turn up.

Do come along and join the Midhurst Milers.
