Cadence with Emily »

 

We’ll be looking at run cadence (how many foot strikes we take per minute), and will be running on the polo pitches, we may get some daylight still but please bring head torches, as we’ll be running home in the dark. The ground is drying out really well but you may still want to wear trail shoes if you have them.

As ever, the session is suitable for ALL speeds and abilities, everyone is welcome. You work as hard as you want to work, as we look at technique and efficiency in order to improve your overall running 😊 and build all over strength at the same time.
