“What an incredible route, so beautiful but a challenge all the same. This event was extremely well organised and everyone was so friendly.”

“Great event, hard and hilly to test your metal. Very well organised, marshalled, marked and great views ( if you’ve got time to look) brilliant atmosphere.”

“One of the best organised races I’ve run - from parking to number collection to time marshals, it was all super smooth! The route is hard but brilliant and the atmosphere was a delight. I will be back!”

“This was my first race in 5 years and my first trail race. I loved every minute! Having only run road races in the past, I wasn’t sure what to expect and it turned out to be the best experience I’ve had at any race.”

  • This will be a hilly but scenic trail run through the South Downs. The route starts with a steady climb across the Cowdray Estate, west of the Flint Barn Café before heading out onto the South Downs and the West Dean Estate. All the hilly climbs will be worth it from the top and those stunning views! The route won't entirely be an uphill struggle as there'll be a quick, fast downhill stretch to the finish.
