Couch to 5k.

 

Our next Couch-to-5k running course starts on Monday 28th March.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join the 9-week course on Monday and Wednesday evenings, no experience is necessary, and as a group we'll help you achieve your running goals! Whether you're new to running or you're coming back to it after a break, we look forward to seeing you! Bring a friend!
